Overview
At 91Label, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including underwear and items marked as final sale.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@91label.com.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size. If you need an exchange, please contact us at service@91label.com.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@91label.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.
